- Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
- Maximum occupancy 6 guests at all times.
- Maximum number of vehicles (3), in the garage or in driveway only.
- Street and/or Lawn Parking NOT ALLOWED.
- NO SMOKING or vaping inside the house or near open doors and windows. Evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, burns, or residue) will result in a minimum $350 deep-cleaning fee.
- Pets welcome! Dogs allowed with a $150 pet fee per dog. Limit 2.
- Use Swimming Pool and Gas barbecue grill at your own risk.
