Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.​



- Late Check-Out: Requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to inquire about availability and any associated charges.​

- Security Features: For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras monitoring the entrances and common areas. These cameras help ensure a secure and comfortable stay for all guests. There are no cameras inside any units, so you can fully relax and enjoy your time at Pelican Cove.​



$350 Pre-Authorization Hold:** We require a $350 pre-authorization hold on your account upon check-in to cover potential damages. This is not a charge, but a hold. Provided there are no damages, missing items, or house rule violations, the hold will be released 5 days after your check-out.



Please note: Completing the Rental Agreement Form and Check-in Form is mandatory to finalize your reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, the forms will be sent to you and must be completed in order to proceed with your stay.
