Steps from entertainment, shopping and dining. Minutes from the beach and downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Five star landscaping. Located on a 1/4 acre, corner lot with 6 foot privacy fence and extensive landscaping, allowing you to enjoy back yard and pool in total privacy on a quiet street.

Lot size and privacy sets the property apart from competitors. No worries about intrusive neighbors as you relax by the pool with all-day sun from a South-facing pool. Patio/pool have resort feel. You may also relax in the lovely lanai. Flat screen TV in the living room. WiFi provided. Fully stocked, modern kitchen. Washer/dryer provided, as well as gas grill. Impact-resistant sliding glass doors lead guests to the patio.

Patio area for pool contains four adjustable outdoor chaise lounge chairs. Additionally, an outdoor table with umbrella and five chairs, including three swivel chairs. Beach towels are provided. Further, there are two zero gravity chairs in the garage for use at the beach.

Detergent, bleach and fabric softener provided for the washer/dryer. Dish soap and dishwasher pods also provided.

Publix and CVS are a five-minute drive from the property.

Netflix and Hulu are available for the large screen TV, though no cable TV. Flat screen TV in Master Bedroom

Beautiful property. Immaculate, well equipped, quiet, everything you would ever want. Pool is great, nice waterfall feature. Living room large and comfortable, lots of seating. Nice kitchen equipment, everything spotless. Close to the drive if you want to stroll along it. Also close to Richardson Park.

We had a great stay! It was private and quiet and the outdoor spaces were amazing. But 2 things really stood out to me. Unlike most rentals, the furniture was really comfortable. And the kitchen was actually properly equipped. In most rentals you get a random assortment of worn out pans. Not so here. This is a rental you can actually cook in.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL HOME WITH LARGE, AIRY ROOMS WITH GREAT VIEWS OF THE OUTDOORS. THE KITCHEN AND BED/BATH SUITES ARE WELL STOCKED WITH MOST EVERY UTENSIL AND APPLIANCE. FROM THE HEATED POOL TO THE TRANQUIL BUTTERFLY ZEN GARDEN, WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS GREAT PLACE, WE HAD A GREAT TIME HERE AND WOULD LOVE TO STAY AGAIN! FINE DINING AND CASUAL EATERIES ARE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE IN THIS QUIET CHARMING NEIGHBORHOOD. THE HOST AND MANAGER WERE ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF NEEDED. Tropical Paradise.

Beautifully landscaped corner lot with a pool! The house is spacious, clean. Modern appliances. All the conveniences of home. Great, safe, walking neighborhood. Close to many wonderful restaurants. We try to visit twice/year.

Amazing house with gorgeous backyard

This was truly a wonderful experience. The house is gorgeous, inviting, and comfortable with an awesome backyard. My family really enjoyed 8 days staying at this property with only 10-15 minutes drive to the beach and downtown Fort Lauderdale. Fun fact about backyard- iguanas and squirrels came to greet us on the first day when we arrived- so much fun watching them while swimming in the pool.. cannot recommend this property enough!!! We will definitely be coming back .

Wonderful property and grounds

We had a wonderful stay here, the neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. The backyard to the property with the pool was amazing! I loved sitting in the pool just watching the birds and squirrels. Everything was clean and comfortable, and working. Beds were superb, comfy chairs and couch, nice kitchen, I don’t have any negatives about our stay apart from we had to leave! We would love to stay here again, thank you to the excellent property manager who checked on us by text and thank you to the owners for a first class property!

Back to my old neighborhood

First trip back to my old neighborhood since 1992 and wow did I pick a great place to stay! Property is clean modern with a beautiful pool within walking distance of Wilton Drive. Owner checked in on us several times to make sure there were no issues. Best Vrbo property I have stayed in to date.

Good location and lovely home

The property manager was very responsive and even replaced the hairdryer when it was noted that it was missing. The property was well decorated, in great shape and perfect for couples. The pool was large and clean. The location was great. While the bathrooms were older and small they were clean and very functional. The mattresses were so comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We would definitely stay here again.
