Room was clean and ok. The breakfast didnt exist at 8:30. There were rotton bananas in a basket, cold coffee and stale bagels. No hot food as advertised. Staff was tude and not helpful. Parking description was not clear. I will never go back there.

The room was clean, simple and had what we needed. Pool and outdoor area cute and fun. Cannot rave enough about Mrs. Faye at the front desk. She was kind, friendly, helpful, smart and made sure things were easy and we were well take care of. Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived around 1230pm or 1pm. The front desk was not friendly maybe she was having a bad day. Proceeded to tell us the shuttle to the airport was not available at 430am which is when we needed it. Why would i book a hotel that advertised shuttle for them to tell me to call a cab. Then she told me it was 28 dollars to check in early. When we got to our room the window was broken and could hear people talking in court yard. This was not a good stay for us.

The Ron looks nothing like online. The room was very dingy. It was very loud. Lots of slamming doors all night. Pepper front , yelling all night. If we weren’t there just for one night we would have left and asked for a refund. Only positive is the neighborhood.
