A very good single night stay. Room was clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lounge set up with hockey theme and celebration of the Stanley Cup winning Florida Panthers. Only issue was a server issue causing TV services to be somewhat unstable and difficult to navigate between channels and making some network connections fail. Hopefully this will soon be resolved. Breakfast included and had excellent offerings. Rating: A-

Angel at the front desk was amazing. She was extremely professional and helpful. Wash cloths are too small and the shower is too slippery! No lotion or toothbrush holder provided. All in all it was an excellent stay!

My room was dusty. There was a stain in 1 towel and hair coiled into another. A/C Wouldnt stay on. Or just came on intermittently even when changed from auto to Fan-On, Hi. Bathroom filled with dust.. mold on the tiles in the bath area. Shower head wasn't spraying well so had to find just the right rotation to get a good jet. Everwhere else was decent. Lobby was very clean. General areas were clean. Staff very friendly. Coffee was great!. Breakfast options were good. Didn't eat there so I cant comment but eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit and waffles were available.
