Location was great and staff was super attentive. I think we were in older part of building. Our bathroom door wouldn’t shut and toilet didn’t flush well. We have loved riverside in the past and while our room was recently renovated it still was aged in ways.

Everything about this property was excellent. The room was spacious, the bed amazing (firm!), and the staff was kind and accomodating. There was a heated kutdoor pool and a very well equiped fitness facility. The grounds were beautiful. We will be back for sure! Oh. and plus there was a lovely walkway by the wager.

The hair dryer was absolutely disgusting. I had to use a face cloth to gold around the handle, after having a shower and getting cleaned up, made me gross.The cord was also extremely short.

Very quiet, only heard sirens once from the hotel room. The hotel is clean and in a great location with a wonderful staff. The hotel’s restaurant “The Boathouse” right across the street is all open air with good food and very friendly staff. A little loud by the bar, but otherwise fine and right on the river. Also located right on a very nice section of Las Olas Blvd. lined with shops and many dining options on both sides, and walkways along the river. Convenient to many locations and only about 10 minutes from FLL airport. Overall, one of my favorite stays.

The location on Las Olas blvd was great- accessible to the water taxi stop as well as private boat tours. Our room was huge and clean with a beautiful view of the river and the strip in the distance. The restaurants and bars in the hotel were good and convenient but with its location on Las Olas blvd the choices of places to eat are endless. A quick ride to the airport was also a great perk.

Amazing staff and wonderful stay.. very clean and modern appeal. Comfortable beds and enough space .. the staff was always ready to assist .. would stay here again .. very close to everything from Canada Place to Stanley park and more .. lots of food near by .. stop a Paris bugette bakery close by .. walk to Gastown and shops walk away
