Convenient location. Resturaunt/Bar is only open Friday and Saturday. Room was dingy in need of a deep clean, paint. Bathtub was rusty, no stopper. Could hear noise from unit above us.

The location is great to the beach and the restaurants. The rooms were ok, the building is old and we had issues with the toilets. The staff is very friendly.

When the hotel was a gay resort it was vibrant and had a lively atmosphere. It’s now dead as a doorman, dark and nobody at the bar or pools. Outdoor bar was closed the whole time I was there. I arrived at 8:00pm, front gate was locked. I rang the bell over and over. After about 20 minutes a young employee let me in. She tried to check me in. It took forever. I had a large bag and a bad knee, I needed a ground floor room. She said some ground floor rooms were open, however she didn’t know how to switch rooms for. It was awful climbing the stairs with my huge suitcase. Rooms were once modern, edgey and fresh. They now look tired and dated. Never again. It was once a super hotel, now past its prime.

Not much in the way of amenities in the room. About as basic room as you can get. Bed, TV(that doesn’t work unless you sign into your own streaming service), 4 hangers, and that’s pretty much it. For the price we paid $220.00, not worth it.

They booked a party of about 30 of what looked like 18-24 years old. Parties all night. Yelling and stomping around. I messaged the staff and they told me they went “to warn them” to stop making so much noise but that made it worse. My 9 yr old son was scared and couldn’t sleep and I was mad and trying to fix the situation by letting management know. But it didn’t help. The noise got worse. There were several of what looked like early twenties males wearing full ski masks walking around smoking weed and huffing “galaxy gas”. I text them that night and also today as well as emailed them. I’m at least looking for someone to acknowledge my concern and I feel I am due a refund. This was wild.

Location to the beach gets a 10… The hotel room smelled of cleaning supplies when we checked in… There were no local stations on the TV at all… TV in the bedroom did not work… The people above us sounded like they were in our bedroom, pounding around till all hours of the night… Our last night there were people out at the pool drinking hollering running up and down the stairs till past one in the morning… I called at 11. Nothing was ever done. We had to get up early to travel the next day. I would not recommend this place to anybody except for the fact you’re one block from the beach.

The room was super super cold. They don’t have a room with heat option. They gave me a space heater to put near the bed…. That’s a safety hazard. Doesn’t look like the pictures. Never again!

Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean, no dresser to put things in, and during the night the weather was in the 30’s, no heat in the room. We had to put clothes and jackets on to wear in bed. Called to the office which had someone bring us a space heater. So tiny and vibrated all over the floor. Too cold to shower in am.
