• Register at the front desk before check-in

• Sign the condominium rules and regulations form

• Pay the mandatory $40 per day resort fee at check-in

• Pay the one-time $50 registration fee directly to the resort

• Provide a valid government-issued ID



House Rules



• No Smoking: Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine.



• Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels low, especially during nighttime hours.
