The staff at this hotel has been consistently wonderful, attentive, and supportive from the moment I arrived. Before my stay, I had a few questions about the check-in process and parking lot, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and reliable response I received on the phone. All in all was nice 2 day stay. Only down fall, having a family and kids come in at 1AM !!! Carrying on kids screaming, i understand excitement. But parents should know to be courteous at 1AM while others are sleeping!!! And no pool another downside.

The staff was very friendly. When we checked in they gave us an upgrade after seeing we had children. What we liked the best was the availability of beach chair and umbrella in our room, which made very comfortable our days at the beach.
