I have stayed at the Circ Hollywood before and knew what to expect. The lobby always has a great scent upon entering and there's an attendant to greet you. I do wish they had an automatic door opener, like ADA for when carrying in heaving or bulky items. The room was clean, but didnt have a bathrobe this time. I got a balcony and it had two chairs but missing cushions. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Do not count on the TV guide to be accurate, but there was a lot to choose from anyway. We parked off site and had no issues. It was a comfortable stay, close to the Hollywood boardwalk. The only complaint I really have is the pool area seemed abandoned. No clean towels available and used ones placed over chairs. This made it so i couldnt enjoy the pool.

If you want to stay closer to the FL airport but close enough to the beach/Miami vibes this hotel is it! Super basic, but no complaints. Staff is not really helpful. I enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant downstairs and a bar. Strong 3.5 out of 5 stars!

We arrived and dealt with rude valet attendant right off the bad, the front staff didn’t address us at all or let us know what to expect. We got to our room (finally, after figuring out the elevators) to no towels. It took two deliveries to get the correct amount. It was just an over all poor experience.

Awful valet parking service

The hotel itself is good, but unfortunately, it does not offer free parking—valet parking is the only option. The most disappointing part of our stay was the valet service. The attendant who received my vehicle seemed distracted and made multiple mistakes while registering it. He sent me a payment link, which I processed immediately, but later claimed I had not paid. Thankfully, I had taken a screenshot of the confirmation, which confused him even more. I also noticed that he was unsteady while walking, and his lack of focus raised concerns about his professionalism. I mentioned this to another valet employee, but my concern was met with silence, making me feel that this issue was known but not addressed. The next morning, when I requested my car, the new valet attendant told me it was not in the system. This confirmed that the previous attendant had failed to register it properly, despite my payment upon arrival. While the hotel itself met expectations, the valet parking experience was highly frustrating and left a negative impression. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service for future guests.
