This property is in an ideal location for everyday conveniences. Love the size of the rooms and the staff! They were always so courteous and welcoming. Two areas of improvement: bathrooms need updating and deep clean, and pillows need replaced as there is little support for head and neck even when using two.

This was for a one night stay near the airport because flight was cancelled. Check in was great, room was very nice. One problem I had was no ice. I went to every one of the 7 floors and the ice machines didn't work for me.

I usually rate the Springhill suites higher but the shuttle took over 40 mins last night and our tub/shower was very old. Did not look like a Marriott.

The property itself is great. We stayed here for a night before and after our cruise. Very convenient to get to the ports. The only problem I have is in consistency and some staff was very aggressive. We checked in on our first night and it was smooth. We rented a car and the lady gave me a pass for the parking. Then we go to our second night and it was bad from there. We had the same rental car and this time I was told that I have to pay for parking even if we are staying at their hotel. I have never heard that in my life. To make things worse another person who wasn’t even helping us out kept chiming in and I had to just be professional about this experience. I even inquired about the manager and this lady didn’t even want me speaking to the manager. SO IF YOU ARE IN FT LAUDERDALE AND YOU HAVE A RENTAL CAR. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.
