I booked and paid through Expedia. The front desk clerk charged me for the room the day I checked in. I was informed the money would be returned back to my debit card within 7 days. I checked in 1/26 it is now 1/9 and I was told by the manager they don’t see where the room was paid for twice? My Chase and and receipt from Expedia shows the proof.

I had a early shuttle to airport 4:30 lady sleeping in the back we were told there will be muffins and coffee for us in the morning well there was nothing trying to check out before shuttle shows up lady was so tired couldnt understand her half asleep
