Great sized suite
First time with Staybridge and first time in a suite hotel.
2 teenage boya, 8yr old girl, plus parents for 2 nights.
We gave the boys the main room as the bed was a lot bigger for them to share - neither happy about this but had been warned in advance. We put extra pillows in the middle between them. Daughter took the extra bed in the other room with us. Also had a sofa bed but we had arrived from UK and we had been awake 24 hrs and didn't want to make the bed up. Knew from previous trips someone would be awake at an ungodly hour and would need the area to go to so the others could sleep
Both bathrooms were excellent, the size of the kitchen and seating area was really good.
Loads of space for storing suitcases, beds really comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. My daughter burnt her hand really badly on the waffle machine and no staff assisted or spoke to us. We had to ask for a first aid kit and spent over an hour trying to calm her down and decide whether she needed to go to hospital or not. Not hotels fault at all but we felt they could have shown a little concern for her. This then led to us forgetting about washing in the machine before we checked out. Realised a few hours later and rang the hotel who basically told us we had to come back and look for it. I asked staff to go and remove it from the machine and email me it was there and we would collect in 3 weeks. No contact received. Did get it back when we went back yesterday.
Would stay again with Staybridge.
