Poor customer service

The staff at the hotel are not trained on customer service or dont care. They act like they don't give a crap about you. It's like they are doing you a favor. Simple things, I asked several times for room service and never happened. To add icing to the cake, they threw away some of my clothes I had in bag. The location is the best part.

Staff at the hotel was excellent, but I would not rate the overall Hotel experience as “exceptional” as identified on Expedia‘s website. Hotel was clean and well located in downtown Denver, but I found it to be a bit rundown and older Property. For a grand Hyatt I was expecting more attention to detail a more modern and well kept hotel.

Stayed here multiple times, this time we were charged early checkin fee, that’s fine if it’s stated before hand or if we were informed on another stay but that’s not the case. Nice hotel with a great location

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. We were given a nice upgrade with our Hotels.com Gold status which was a really nice surprise. The room was very comfortable, great balcony with plenty of room for sitting or lounging, the kitchen was handy for preparing meals and we had prompt service when our tv wasn't working properly. Be aware there is an added daily parking (valet only)and resort fee, but parking near the beach will cost anyway. The hotel mini-store is extremely expensive so walk to CVS for anything you might need. $12 for small laundry soap-wow. Oh, and no laundry room in the hotel. The coffee machine in the room made awesome espressos and 2 bottles of water were included daily. The pool area, spa, and workout room are really nice. There are chairs w towels available on the beach. Overall, a great place to stay for a few days!

I’d loved the location. Many great walkable restaurants and shops. I thought everything was clean and well run. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint I had was paying $30 for a beach umbrella, on top of the $45 daily resort fee. I just purchased my own from a local shop. It was fine to use. I would definitely go back.

Our second stay here was fantastic! We loved going to the beach ((30 yards from the front of the hotel), ton’s of restaurants, 5 minute walk to our favorite Starbucks.. our room was huge, a taste of old world luxury and still with modern amenities. I used the fitness center.. pool deck.. service was great too!
