Disliked: Cleanliness
Pros- host was accommodating, nice and responsive. Cons-The look of the outside made me instantly regret booking this stay. If i could have canceled without penalty, I would have. The inside appeared to be clean at surface level. There were not enough towels. The towels they we had were not fresh. One towel had a stain. The extra sheets were dirty and soiled with what looked like bodily fluids. One had animal hair. It smelled like a dog. And animal.hair was found in different rooms. It was not suppose to have pets. Thats why i booked. My daughter has pet allergeries. She woke up with her face and eyes swollen almost shut. The furniture was very worn out. Most of the renovations were nicely done but little details were overlooked which caused it to feel dirty. Like dirty light switches, peeling paint, rusted chairs, dirty furniture( headboard on the bed was dirty)I would like to request compensation for the allergy attack my daughter had. Nice people thats why I gave 2 stars but i would never stay here again unless i was displaced and desperate.
