Pretty good, but nothing special

This place is fine for one night but like others in the area, it's an $80 hotel masquerading as a $180 one. The price definitely preys on cruisers to the local port everglades, but what can you do? I would stay here again, but only if the price was more reasonable than this visit.

This property could be so perfect if the needed touch ups were done. Painting and updated furniture- some of the bedspreads were badly stained. Just needs a little TLC. Location was perfect for our large group. Walking to the beach and dining was easy.

The bathroom door was broken and rotting, the key entry into our room wouldn’t stop beeping and the beds were very noisy and uncomfortable. The lady at the front desk also didn’t give me my license back which posed problems getting into bars

The Drift Hotel is one of the last few boutique hotels left on the strip in Fort Lauderdale for a decent price. They have everything you need and all within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and restaurants.
