From the moment we arrived, the staff and bellmen were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond by upgrading us to an absolutely incredible suite, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer! The suite itself was pure luxury, a perfect blend of rock-star vibe and modern comfort. The room was spacious, impeccably designed, and had that signature Hard Rock flair with stylish decor and top-notch amenities. The shower was a dream—think rainfall perfection—and the separate dressing area added such a thoughtful touch of convenience. But the real showstopper? The bathtub. It was massive, relaxing, and honestly made me never want to leave. Every detail of the room screamed quality, from the plush bedding to the stunning views. I booked a pool view and they gave me a room on the 4 floor I was not able to see the pool only the roof of the pool cabanas 😞also there were empty cups of drinks and trash everywhere in the pool area. and the check in lady was not able to tell were I could park my car with facilities access I park far away and had to walk with my luggage around to come in the building.
