Was there on business - conference so lots of people. Rooms were ok. Staff were not very friendly and felt like we were bothering them by checking in. Waiting for our room to be ready for hours. Arrived around 3pm and did not get my room key until close to 8pm - around the hotel walking - staff rarely made eye contact and barista at coffee shop rolled her eyes when we walked up to order - she was on her phone. I saw lots of cell phone use by staff at this hotel.

Great property, very clean and easy to check in and out of. Staff was helpful. The rooms aren’t as quiet though, was hearing other guests having their conversations from other rooms, it made us think that we were by the pool but we were on the 11th floor!
