The Florinada is one of the best values in Florida . You can't beat the location for what you pay. Its across the street from the beach in a safe, quiet neighborhood , you can walk to the Pier and many good restaurants on the beach. Pompano Beach is one of the best beach Communities in South Florida by far. There are electric open vehicles that take you around and the there are many good restaurants to choose from. The only issue is that you never know what to expect at The Florinada , its not an over 50 type resort, It's more like an extended stay hotel open to anyone including families with children. If you are looking for a place for adults only this is not not for you. The family stay occurs mostly in March/April during spring breaks, Jan, Feb you will not see too many children. The apartments are clean and comfortable with mostly one bedrooms and small kitchen, perfect for a couple, but not so much for a family. The pool is heated and the grounds are very tropical and private. Very classic Florida. Pool chairs and other items can be updated . Shows some age as property in General. This was our second stay at the Florinada and we will return.

The condo met all our needs. Corner unit was quiet and private. Ground floor, we walked out to the heated pool with plenty of lounge chairs. King size bed was very comfortable. Condo is very close to the beach. Other renters were very friendly. Host communicated in a timely manner. We had eleven days of sunshine! We will be back next year. Thanks, Cristel and Gilles.

This was a fabulous short/long term rental. I stayed for nearly 2 moths and wish I could have stayed longer. The condo/apt is PERFECT! The pool is heated and well-maintained. The owners of this property are amazing...very communicative and always ready to handle any issue. The ONLY issue was with the property management people. They're not so nice. But again, if you stay in 9A, you will have amazing accommodations and excellent landlords. Plus, the property is truly steps away from the beach and in a very safe and welcoming location. Can't really go wrong with this one!
