My reservation was cancelled and I didn’t even get notified about it. I arrived around 11:30 pm after a 5 hour drive, the door was locked and there was a sign that said to dial 500 from the lobby phone to be connected with someone, I must’ve called around 15 times with no answer, waited outside for about 45 minutes until someone showed up, I told him I was checking in, and he told me, he had checked in the last person about

Great Front Desk Staff
The front desk staff is excellent. Friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. Your parking lot was a little trashed in the AM. Wine bottle, trash etc. However, that did not take away from our stay. Perfect for our overnight stay to enjoy a game at Hard Rock.
