There was a dead cockroach outside our door when check-in. And it was still there to say bye, the next day when we check-out. Furniture in bad conditions. Would not stay here again.

There wasn't any one at the reception counter upon my arrival AND there was visible mold/mildew on the bathroom door. I am asthmatic and this was bad for my health. I was swtched to a smaller room but was still charged for the original booking. Just horrible 😞

It was nasty could not get no towels wash clothes Every time you ask somebody for something everybody have different excuses, roaches in the bathroom with dirty The cabinet wasn't wipe down the housekeepers told me i needed to wait after 10am tk get new towels even though I had the dirty ones with me it made my whole trip throwing off

We had a late check in due to our flight being late. When we arrived we notice people smoking cannibus; loitering; the bathroom had mold build up in the tub and sink area; bed was very uncomfortable. Overall, the experience can and should definitely improve.
