Friendly staff and great location, no hot water, bugs all in the room, non stop running in early morning and late evening from room above us, flat old pillows with no extra to give customers, ran out of towels daily and had to wait for them to be washed

The room smelled awful. There was no comforter on the bed. They already had the doors locked and no one working once we got back and realized so had to sleep with sheets only. There was no hot water and again, no one on the front desk to help. There was someone sleeping on the couch of the lobby when we woke up and left at 8:30 in the am as well. No actual lobby. Requested refund.

The toilet in our was leaking and unusable . When we repot it, the front desk dismissively told us to vacate the room and said Expedia would refund us. Traveling with kids andcgaving notable bathroom was extremely stressful. Staff including receptionist and cleaning were rude and unhelpful.We were told the Expedia would reimburse us.Overall this was a very disappointing and stressful stay and I would not recommend this hotel.

We had two rooms. Ours was clean but smelled like paint. Kitchen needs to be updated. There are no supplies. Our friends room also smelled bad but not sure what it was. Very strong smell. They had no toilet paper and the room had not been cleaned very well. Sticky floor, food on the wall. Looks like someone punched a hole in the door. And the drawers were all warped. Staff was nice enough.

Lack of customer service, building smelt like marijuana and other substances, and the room had roaches in it. Although the area looked safe, the clientele was sketchy. Would only recommend this place for a quick get in and out stay.
