Staff was friendly and accommodating but rooms were not in line with a 4 star rating. Bathroom sink was backed up, hot water took forever to get warm. The corners of the room and bathroom were dirty and not cleaned well, the bedding and curtains were very old and outdated.

Missing Microwave in room which is very basic, we ask the hotel and they said additional $15 per day we have kids so needed the most for kids food warming. No toothpaste and brush which also basic, fortunately we have our own. I felt it’s old building and rooms need to be updated.

Good value but not convenient for access to NYC and cannot walk anywhere as it is off a crossroads of highways. Shuttle runs some but then you’re stuck and it takes an hour to commute. Paid for breakfast our three mornings and solid not know/was not offered espresso drinks until I overheard another guest requesting a latte- was I livid!
