My bathroom grossed me out. It had a bunch of bugs flying in it. And was not very clean. Plus lots of hair in bathroom areas Also crumbs on the ground. The breakfast was gross.

Stayed here a few times never had a bad experience, this time I felt unsafe and rushed to leave even after paying for late check out. Room attendant entered room 2 times while we were still in the room checked in even after advising her that we extended out stay. the last time she entered I was undressed. Such an unpleasant experience.

Room was clean very comfortable stay for 3 of us sharing a room. Staff was pleasant. Area was convenient to Manhattan locations that we were visiting. Parking was a plus although you have to pay to park wasn’t as much as a lot of the other hotels in the surrounding area. Overall our stay was pleasing 4.5 stars
