They sold an unsaleable room to me. The 1st and 3rd nights, we had to wake up 4 ~ 5 times during the nights because of machine running noise and cold air. I've got a cold and wanted to change the room, but it was ignored. The coffee for the complimentary breakfast was neither fresh nor hot. Generally, everything was not good enough for a 4-star hotel.
