120 Bahia Via Complex - Modern Home with Large Pool by the Beach!

This unit is a two level duplex home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a large private pool. The location of this property is well loved due to it being situated on a canal (perfect for fishing!) and its walkability to the beach.

Upstairs there are two queen beds and 1.5 bathrooms including a walk-in shower. Downstairs there is a king and two full beds and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

The home has a spacious layout with modern looks on the inside. Each level also features a private screened in porch off the kitchen that overlooks the pool and canal. The kitchens are stocked with all standard appliances including a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in an outdoor laundry room off the side of the house along with an outdoor shower.

We would like to note that there may still be construction occurring or construction materials near the property as a result of post Hurricane Ian renovations.

Amazing Place on the Canal

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. Close to the beach and by the canal. Beautiful pool area. Clean and spacious. We will be back!

120 Bajia Vis

Property was very clean and comfortable. Listing was a little misleading as it showed one bedroom with two beds and it only had one king. Also not mentioned that access between floors was only on the outside. Pool was great and the view was excellent. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to access the beach. Overall it was a great stay!
