Welcome to Estero Island Beach Villas, your *recently remodeled tropical beachfront vacation destination in paradise! This resort is located at the quiet North end of Estero Island, and this two-bedroom, two-bath third floor above ground level gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a brisk 15-20 minute walk to Times Square and the myriad collection of boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife afforded at this end of the island. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs surrounded by a privacy fence. Your proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but with the tropical setting added to it. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout, linens and towels are provided and you will have your own private in-house laundry room.
Entry is via elevator to the third floor and into an entry foyer and the open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout but with carpeting in the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire. Just bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling and plenty of granite counter space. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. There is also a granite-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating six. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a coffee table, a recliner, and an Eames-type chair. Opposite the sofa is a credenza which is a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table, chairs, and lounger. The view from this vantage point is expansive and includes the peacefulness of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.
The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, an armoire with a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a closet and granite-top vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind mirrored sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode, and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds with nightstands and wall-mounted lamps, a tall double dresser with a wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and ample closet space.

Great Location!
The condo was newly updated, very nicely decorated, and clean. We loved the layout and space, especially all the windows looking out at the gulf from the living area and owner's suite. The location and views are amazing - overlooking the gulf, right on the beach, with easy beach access! We loved it. We also rented beach items from VayK, which were delivered and waiting for us when we arrived - very convenient. The only thing to be aware of is that the condo located right next to a resort property pool, so the music and noise are close to the screened porch - we didn't mind as it was during the day and made it feel like a vacation. They also had great restaurants and bars, so we could just walk next door for meals. The drawback was that the resort raked the beach and put out jet ski's, kayaks, chairs, and umbrellas with tractors early in the morning, sometimes before dawn, which woke us up in the owner's suite. It wasn't as loud if we made sure the slider glass doors were completely shut. All in all, it was a great condo, location and experience.

Property was clean—better than many rentals. Couch was stained. Bathrooms could use updating and kitchen cabinets were peeling. Great gulf view from lanai. Kitchen was adequately furnished. Building had 2 elevators. One was not working at all and with the other one sometimes the door would not open on my level. Would have to go up or down another floor for it to open. This would be a huge concern for guests with mobility concerns. Resort next door had music blaring most of the day and one night had outdoor movie that was very noisy and ran late. Noise from next door was a nuisance but nothing this property can can control. Overall condo was comfortable in. conveneint location

Nice unit! Updated and good location. A little far from the village area but still walkable. Fun restaurant with live music next door at the Pink Shell we enjoyed. Pool was off the parking lot and little smaller than expected but overall a good place to stay for value.

Great Location but Very poor condo
The view and location is amazing being right on the beach. Condo had a great outdoor patio to view the ocean. However the main living area furniture was in very bad condition. There was a terrible stain on one chair and the couch was in very poor condition. Kitchen appliances were rusty and would not want to use any of them. Thank goodness the master bedroom had a comfortable bed. Overall I would give it 2 out of 5 star ranking and really because of location .
