1 bed/1 bath 150 steps from the beautiful white sandy beach located mid-island within walking distance to Publix grocery store, Junakanoo, Fresh Catch bar/restaurants, Dolphin Cruises, charter fishing. Take a short stroll to a back bay dock at the other end of the street for sunrises, dolphin watching, kayaking, and fishing. Trolley stop is 4 houses down on Estero to whisk you away to all the island has to offer. Everything is new! Fully stocked kitchen, full-size bathroom and kitchen appliances, closet, in unit washer & dryer in unit, all new furniture, mattress and linens. A queen air mattress in unit for up to two extra people. The property has no entry stairs, and a beautiful covered patio right outside your front door. The driveway is shared between the two units each with two tandem parking spots. All the comforts of home included. You're going to love it! Pet friendly to house trained non-chewers, no excessive barking with PRIOR OWNER APPROVAL and $100 per stay dog fee up to two dogs. No dog breed or size restrictions. All utilities included. A regular cleaning service is available during your stay for an additional charge. THE ENTIRE PROPERTY IS NON-Cigarette smoking INSIDE & OUTSIDE.
