Condo was everything the listing said. Views were spectacular of the gulf and even the bay behind us. Check in/out instructions were clear and precise. Washer/dryer located on property (ground level). Pool was clean and refreshing. Covered/screened in porch was such a nice feature. Could get out of the sun but still enjoy the gulf/beach feel/views without getting eaten alive by insects. Definitely would recommend to any couple/small family who wants a nice secure, clean, relaxing, beachfront condo to relax in. Hosts were very prompt with replying to questions which was very much appreciated. Only downsides, there is construction going on in the area so it could get quite noisy at times. And anywhere you go along/around Estero boulevard, prepare to pay for parking. We had to pay 30/per day just for parking when we wanted to do any of the water sports along the beach (jet ski, parasailing, kayaking or paddle boarding) We spent most of the time off the island if we wanted to get something to eat or shop for this reason. Which was unfortunate but it is what it is
