Gulf Front Condo on the Disired North End of Fort Myers Beach

Our Condo is a Beachfront/Gulf Front unit located at the Windward Passage Resort on Fort Myers Beach. It is located on the desired north end of Estero Island between the Time Square area and Bowditch Park.

The Condo is located on the third floor, perched over the beach, with views of a large, white, sandy beach and stunning evening sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. It is a spacious unit with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a screened balcony. The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove, and dishwasher. There is an 8 place setting of dishes, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, and coffee cups. The dining room table seats six comfortably. The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed and a TV. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, a dresser, TV, and a walk-in closet. The other bedroom has two twin beds, a small dresser, and a large closet.

There are beautiful views of the Gulf from the screened balcony, as well as the living room and the master bedroom. The resort onsite amenities include an elevator, free wireless Wi-Fi, a pool and spa, a tennis court with a basketball hoop, and a playground with shuffleboard. There are bicycles, grills, and a laundromat for everyone to use, as well. No smoking is allowed in the unit but there is a covered smoking area on the ground level.

The north end of Estero Island, Fort Myers Beach, is the most desired location. One thing that makes it desirable is the fact that it is fairly quick to get on and off the island's north end. Once you get over the bridge to the island, it is a quick drive to the Windward Passage Resort. Other things are the several restaurants and shops located in the Time Square area, which are a very short stroll away. The north end is known as the quiet end because of very little traffic. Bowditch Park is also very close to the resort and has a beach, picnic tables, short walking paths, and a public restroom. There is also a lunch counter that is sometimes open.

If you prefer not to walk or drive, you can take a trolley that goes from one end of the Island to the other. One of the trolley stops is right in front of the Windward Passage Resort. There are additional restaurants and attractions a short drive away. The Edison and Ford Homes are one of the attractions that is a must visit. They are open daily for tours.

Our condo at the Windward Passage Resort is a timeshare week. Therefore, there is no cleaning fee after departure. During your stay, there is no daily cleaning services unless you request them for an extra charge. A free bedding and towel exchange is offered mid-week. The resort also offers activities and shared meals that you can participate in. The sign-up for these activities and meals are at the office on the ground level. The office is open from 9-5 Monday thru Friday, 9-4 on Saturday, and closed on Sunday.
