Guest Access:
Guests have access to the private apartment, the back lanai with pool, and a side screened sitting area directly outside the apartment. In addition there is a community game room, located just outside the main entrance, features darts, ring toss, ping pong, and foosball. A shared seating area is also available, along with two free laundry towers.
The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood just off the main Estero Blvd. Dead end street makes this a peaceful nook with quick and easy access to anything you could want/need on our island. Nature preserve just at the end of the road. Beach access and restaurants only steps away.
Getting Around:
Free Island tram stops one block away for easy transportation. Service goes from 8am-11:30pm daily November -April . A tram should come by approximately every 15-25 minutes depending on traffic
Interaction with Guests:
We are local residents of the island and are usually available to assist our guests with any questions or needs they may have. We are generally on-site, but the best way to reach us is via the messaging system on the platform. We strive to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible.
