I only stayed for one night. I woke up packed our room up and went to breakfast and arrived back to room to grab luggage and checkout. I attempted to get into the room and the bracelet room card was already deactivated even though it was 10:52am and check out was at 11:00am. Nice amenities,just really odd that you get locked out before the true checkout time.

Upon check in the valet staff is extremely unfriendly. Especially a dark hair darker complected young man that was just annoyed every time we got our car. Never smiled never responded to our thank you’s. Just rude. Bellman are terrific. Front desk staff ok. Food was good. Beach bar nice but the chain linked fence around it was weird. Staff at the beach bar was great.

The place is still undergoing lots of construction. Even though you reserve with their hotel. They still have you pay a parking fee. That is outrageous. Everything is so expensive. I travel a lot and I understand things happen, but I’ve never had to pay for my parking when I have reserved a place to stay at that place, so that was kind of crazy, but it is what it is. I guess the bar that was outside, was probably the best thing in the whole spot. I probably will never return to this hotel, or even this town just was not up to my expectations. My advice is due a lot of research. I usually do, but I was going off with others had told me for this place.

Everything you need is within a 4 block area. If you are looking for hassle free, plenty of food and drink at the hotel and in the immediate area, this is it. Pool is enormous, and the waitstaff will bring drinks to you right at your poolside lounger. New, clean and modern hotel with spectacular views. Worth every penny

Property was great. Valet parking was easy. Many walkable places to shop or dine. My only complaint was the DJ at the pool. Music was good but the DJ needs to let the music play and talk less. I know he's doing his job but he's playing adult games on one end of the pool that we can't see from the other end (and aren't interested in) but we have to listen to his non-stop commentary.

We ended up leaving at 9pm the same night we got there because of how noisy it was. Our child couldn’t sleep. They had construction going on around the area which rerouted all the traffic next to your window. Everything is open to the public so it sucks. You don’t get luxury for what you pay and the pool gets over crowded with stupid idiots. NOT WORTH IT
