We are please to announce that we have completed the renovations of our beach house post Ian. All of the pictures on this listing are post storm. Vacation and relax poolside in a 1300 sf studio apartment across the street from the beach and nature preserve. White sand beach access is 0.2 miles to the north, and Lover’s Key state park (now open!) is .5 miles to the south. Publix is open and 3 miles away. Close to exceptional restaurants in Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a short trolly ride or easy bike ride to the tourist district/Fort Myers Beach Town Center. The location of this home offers a short walk to scenic and peaceful bay beaches, and easy access to FMB town center - the best of both worlds to get the most out of your vacation. Please note that the Island is still suffering the impacts of the devastation of Ian.
Sleeping: Super comfy king size bed and full sleeper sofa with soft linens.
Fully stocked kitchen with glass top range, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, keurig coffee maker, and all the other essentials for a l great meal after a day at the beach. .

Fantastic Fort Myers Beach
Valerie was great as was the studio we stayed in in FM Beach. Immaculate, pool with hot-tub, beach across the street. A great getaway from the freezing temps up north. 5-star
