Excellent place for a couple, small family, or 2 couples. Nicely appointed for a relaxing few days. Everything you need for a great trip is supplied and available, only need to bring personal clothes, toiletries, and food. Good location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Great location to walk to beach and shops, kitchen well stocked, kurig coffee with cups and outdoor grill. Backyard for relaxing and lots of beach provisions (cooler, wagon, chairs, towels, etc). Quiet street with private parking. Nice to have laundry available with all the salt water. Hosts were quick to respond, enjoyed our trip.

It was a nice location and we had everything we needed. The one thing that bothered me about the stay was that the place wasn’t clean…. Hair in the bathroom, half an inch of dust and debris underneath every surface (beds, coffee table, dressers, etc) , shady stains on the furniture, etc. interactions with the host were pleasant, besides the general cleanliness of the place, it was a nice stay.

The property is very close to the beach and has a nice lay out. We did not use the outdoor area because we could not find the entrance on our side of the duplex and parking was not the best. The unit was clean and comfortable.

Great property just a short walk from the beach and excellent proximity to the downtown area. Clean and well kept. Convenient parking and all of the amenities you would need for a beach vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, kids toys, beach towels, and even sunscreen! Beach time with the family

The property is nice and a not bad location. We didn’t realize how much of Fort Meyers Beach area was still damaged from last years hurricane. At first glance it seemed disappointing but we found that the bra wasn’t crowded. After talking with a cop we were told where to find free beach parking and he recommended a pizza place too. Learning that it used to take 2 years to book a place there made us appreciate that we could get around pretty quickly and there are some shops open. Overall it was a relaxing trip and I would stay there again.
