Could be 5 but alas a 3.5
This place could be great if they would stop micro-managing the place. First they charge the security deposit and refund after you have left. They did not put hold they took. They make you sign out towels for pool area write yoyr name down and scratch off. The towel are not worth stealing. Hot tub and pool closes at dark not a normal 10pm. Staff i spoke with have heard complaints about this many times before. Now stay was pleasent room just fine except fridge kinda locked in on temp that wont cool beer or milk for that matter. I hope owners read and listen could be awesome place.

Great extended stay
Great stay for my purpose. It is a suite and more of an extended stay environment. There is a nice lobby but no breakfast. Pool and hot tub outside. Fitness room that is dated. However, I was not in need of that. Just a place to stay for a few nights. It is very well located in town. The staff are super friendly. The clientele is quiet, which was the best part!

The hotel was convenient to all the locations we wanted to go. Parking was a breeze and the front seat staff was helpful. However, we did have to ask to have our room to be cleaned after 3 days. The desk informed us they don’t service rooms on the weekends and they only change the sheets on Thursday's. We had arrived on a Thursday and was flying out on Wednesday. They did service our room on Sunday after we had asked but that was all. I didn’t mind that the room was very outdated and the appliances was too. All factors together is why I have an average 3 star review.
