Our room had 3 major problems, a bad dishwasher, a bad garbage disposal, and a mattress with a huge dip in the middle. The staff offered to move us to another room, but it was late at night and we were all settled in, so they were nice enough to have maintenance promptly replace both appliances with brand new ones. It was our decision to stick it out for a few more nights on the mattress. I would have expected a more premium mattress to sleep on for an upgraded hotel like this. Always test out the mattress in the room you're assigned too before you unpack your things to avoid situations like this. A great night sleep is of the most utmost importance when travelling.
