Waited at check in for close to 20 minutes for someone to come out to help us. Stayed for 2 nights and the morning we were packing up our room we found roaches under the bed. Although it’s convenient we probably wouldn’t stay again.

The staff was mostly nowhere to be found. The room was OK, but not very clean...there was a large clump of hair on the bathroom floor. The refrigerator was extremely noisy. Oh, and the "included breakfast" was a coffee and an energy bar. One morning I went for coffee (7:30) and there was none and the staff was unseen. All in all it was a disappointment being that the facility is fairly new.
