I have stayed in several rental homes, but this one is TOP NOTCH! The home is very clean, well appointed and centrally located to everything. The pool and spa are awesome. The owner spent a lot of time labeling everything in the house and provided tons of operating instructions. I can't wait to stay here again!

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 2 baseball tournaments. The house was perfect for our needs. Great layout, fun decor which made it feel vacation-y, beautiful lake in the back with fun nature watching, great location to fields, beaches, major shopping. The pool area was lovely, we bbq’ed and enjoyed Florida living in between games! Whatever minor issues we ran into were addressed immediately. I would definitely return if in the area.

One Month of a Great Stay

Our family celebrated 3 birthdays!The weather was unusually cool for January so the pool and hot tub didn’t get used too much. But plenty of pool toys for kids.The house has EVERYTHING except an easy wine opener. But we managed…ha haAnd the refrigerator door needed some work but the manager said it would be fixed after our stay.Comfy beds but kinda surprised we were to wash the sheets before leaving at 11! We left it as clean as we found it…my sis is a manager who cares for homes in AZ . So she knew the routine.Oh and a big surprise was a vase of fresh flowers and plate of cookies and birthday balloons were waiting on the dining table. Nice of Doug!PS we did wash all the towels before departing….

Every Amenity Needed

This was a great place to stay with every amenity you could need for your stay. We enjoyed the outside area daily and the best part was watching the huge orange iguana (Iggy-yes we named it) sitting in the tree across the lake. He is huge and loved to sunbathe.

Great place to stay

We loved it. Wonderful waking up in morning watching sun come up over the water and the birds. Felt like home. Couldn’t get the tv to play Netflix or prime. On the rainy day that would be been nice. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Great vacation home

We loved the property. It was mostly clean, fully equiped which made whole stay much easier. Adults and kids enjoyed heated pool. Very calm area with nice neighbors. 20min drive to beach or Fort Myers downtown. Convinient stores around. Also we had easy communication with the owner. Overall great experience.

Peaceful getaway

Property management was great to work with when we identified that the hot tub didn’t heat as it should. Very clean and everything seems newly renovated. Located in a nice neighborhood with easy access to beaches and baseball spring training.

Awesome Vacation Property

Great property. The Host was very responsive and the house was very clean. Close to everything we needed with great local shopping and restaurants. We stayed for over 2 months and it was a great place to call home while we were here. Definitely a great place to stay.
