Check in was quick and efficient. Staff was extremely friendly! Room was absolutely immaculate. Plenty of parking close to the hotel and it was free. Breakfast was great. They had a lot of really good options and there was plenty of comfortable seating. Their coffee is absolutely fabulous and is available 24/7. The bonus was that there was a restaurant and Starbucks within walking distance of the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel!!!!!

Front desk is also friendly and helpful. The toilet in my room wouldn't stop running. Front desk sent maintenance, when finished it didn’t work at all. Maintenance was gone for the day, so i had to move. Next room smelled like the past guest there was a smoker.

Unfortunately this was a less than stellar Holiday Inn Express, the room smelled of smoke, one of the queen size beds room 121 closest to a/c unit had a loud squeak, like a broken spring, the sink faucet was set opposite of how it read, hot on left by red indicator, but hot was to the far right. Many food options for breakfast but pancake maker was broken and buffet items were cold such as omelette, gravy, sausage.The cinnamon rolls under the warmer were great and the tables were clean and well kept. As a side note, there was a paper that we were apparently supposed to put on our dashboard but it wasn't mentioned and we didn't see it until next morning, for those were not towed, verbalizing that is necessary at check-in would have been helpful.

From arriving to departure, everyone and everything was perfect. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was amazing. Fantastic toiletries. Couldn’t have asked for better. And it smelled so good throughout the whole building. Definitely worth it and will be looking forward to staying there again. Well done!
