Convenient location. Breakfast ok continental. Bed comfortable. Shower needs some remodeling in tub near drain rusted. Refrigerator not cool. Staff did offer another room but same issue. Staff did come to look at refrigerator then a little cooler but don’t plan on placing items in it that you want to be chilled since refrigerator temperature doesn’t get much above room temperature. Overall hotel net our needs.

Horrible…. First they have our double bed room away so we had to sleep on a roll out, then they said that room was an upgrade and they charged us much more then the agreed upon amount! Also the sheets where dirty so we asked for new ones and those new ones where too small so we cortisone sleep comfortably

The room was ample and clean. It took me a while to adjust to my desired temperature. There was only one front desk person but he was very professional.

Without any warning the pool was out of service the entire time and a reason we chose this hotel was the pool. Secondly the hotel was full and only one elevator was working making for long waits in both ends. Lastly the coffee machine was out of service. All of these things combined made for a less than desirable stay.
