The property was extremely dirty and unsafe. Multiple stains on the linen, in the bathroom and on the floor. I didn't feel comfortable sleeping under the sheets and was so scared I slept with the light on and my husband on the phone. If I had not already been driving 7 hours I would have left and asked to be refunded.

It is nearly impossible to get in contact with the front desk. However, when we were finally able to get in contact with them I informed them that I was going to have a late check-in and when I got to the hotel, the receptionist was very rude. The rooms weren’t clean or well-maintained and it had a smell of humidity that was absolutely disgusting. The bathrooms were not in good condition either.

Our stay was for me and my family. We booked a one night stay the first night was great no issues the front desk girl Ava is such a sweetheart! The room was dirty the floors were dirty we had stained sheets and towels, but we brushed it off since our check in went smooth sailing. What gave this review a bad one was the second night. We decided to extend our stay another night. We had left in the morning at about 8am went and did family things did not get back until 3pm. We get back our room door was left open, when we walk in we had no shower curtain, no sheets, no towels. It seems like housekeeping came and took everything to “clean” it. From previous experience I have never had this happen unless we were checking out not coming back. We asked from desk to bring our room linens back, took about an hour for it to happen, she does not knock walks right into the room with the master key they have then the housekeeping lady told us to get out so she could clean. I told her to just bring us the linen since we were staying another night, plus I was changing my infant child which she walked in on us doing, and she insisted on us getting out to “clean” the room. The floors were extremely dirty from the first night we stayed nothing was wiped down we had stained bedding sheets and also towels. We never got our towels at that. When we went to check out the older lady at front seemed very rude.

continental breakfast version for this place is spoiled boiled eggs, defrost waffles with a toaster, cereal, milk, chewy bars, oatmeal and juice. Glad this was a 1 night stay. The eggs are not hot. Its in a fridge but it looks like what was cooked a day before and any left overs goes back for the next day.

I was in town for a few days to run the half marathon in Naples. It's too cold in January for the beach, so I picked a hotel located right off Tamiami Trail, the main road that goes through Fort Myers. It's in a good central location with lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The Edison mall is nearby with stores and a food court with some good food. It's about 10 minutes to downtown Fort Myers. The pool was nice, but a little cold for January! I appreciated the free breakfast.

Still waiting for an additional 225$ back on the $564 they charged me for being there 3 hours. The blood and urine stains on the floor were enough for me. Shame on all involved. I will now think twice before booking through 3rd paries such as expedia as this has been extremely inconvenient and im still out money

Very disappointing....rooms looked nothing like the picture. Rooms looked bright,fresh and roomy in the pictures, but they were dingy, tired and small. Different pictures used on website....not the same colors and decor are used in the actual rooms. I have lost my trust with Baymont and Wyndham. Will not be using those brands anymore
