Great view from our king suite. Couch is very uncomfortable. Bed is comfy but a little low. My husband had trouble getting out of it. Food at Graces was average but prices were reasonable and happy hour daily from 3-5 had great oysters and wings. We were right above the daily music (10am-10pm). Could be a good thing or bad thing. We enjoyed it but an hour of quiet would have been nice.

It was Spring break, so it was pretty crazy there. Short staffed in the breakfast area. Every time we turned around, we had to pay for something! (Car, beach chair, umbrella, small table). We were placed right above the bar, so it was LOUD.

Had a great stay with our kids. Food was amazing, gift shops and hair tinseling shop was fun. Cannot beat the location - such an easy walk to other restaurants and bars. Just wish housekeeping wasn’t “on demand” and that there was a better system for beach towels!

We appreciate this is a work in process, but were promised a modification in our reservation would not impact our ability to stay in one room for our entire stay. At 9:30 a.m. we were told we needed to move rooms and get out of our current room in 30 minutes. We were promised that we could stay in the same room. The staff were not helpful and acted like this was our problem.

I really thought everything was remodeled but It was just painted. At least on the 3rd floor where I was. 2 dehumidifiers running. Not sure if that was standard. The flooring was completely Scratched up and gouged out in some areas. Room service didn’t show up unless I called I put tag out everyday for room service but they never showed. They just gave the rooms a fluff and puff! I stayed in 301 FYI

The remodel is beautiful. Room was beautiful. Front desk ladies were AMAZING. Cafe was on point. My only quarrel was there was a bandaid in my sons bed when we arrived. New bedsheets arrived promptly. Just not my cup of tea.

We enjoyed our stay at Lani Kai. We were in room 120 - directly above the area for nightly entertainment. It was very loud while music was playing and it was close enough to patrons to hear all their "fun" BUT, music ended by 10pm and by 10:15 it was quiet and we were able to sleep just fine. I'm sure if we were on other end of the building and on a higher floor it wouldn't have been so loud. The food was just OK on site, convenient for sure! We brought insulated cups and ubered to publix for drinks and snacks. We walked quite a bit, which was fine. Traffic was horrendous - publix was 4 miles away so we used uber and getting back to resort was a bit of a pain. Took 45 minutes to go 4 miles. We would definitely go back to Lani Kai!

Could use a mirror in the room. Bed wasnt too bad. Great view and easy access to beach. Not a fan of the resort charge. You pay that much, parking or beach chairs should be included. Construction going on, but no fault of the hotel.

Acknowledging the recent challenges faced by our community following Hurricane Ian, we found the Lani Kai's recent refresh to be a welcome improvement. The guest rooms are beautifully appointed, and the beds offer a comfortable stay. While the accommodations are excellent, consideration for higher-quality pillows could further enhance the guest experience. The staff was consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. We also noted a significant improvement in the overall atmosphere, with a notably more tranquil environment. We look forward to returning to the Lani Kai in the future
