Lovely Verandah Townhome on Pond
Beautiful two-story townhome with lanai on grassy lawn and pond. Perfect birdwatching and sunset views. Our home is equipped and appointed with beautiful and gracious furnishings. Large dining table can be set with crystal wineglasses and cloth napkins for you and your guests to enjoy. Gourmet cooking utensils and appliances make your eat at home vacation delicious. Three bedrooms upstairs include one large master with private bath, and one queen bedroom and a study with Comfort sleeper and television. Those two guest rooms are private at the end of the hall and share a full bath. Washer and dryer are on the second floor. A half bath is located off the front hall on the first floor. One car garage with extra refrigerator/freezer for your shopping needs. Overhead fans in every room, including the lanai. Watch the birds in the morning from the comfy couch and rocking chair in the lanai, grill on the back lawn and watch the sunset sitting in Adirondack chairs. There are four bicycles for you to discover the 13 miles of beautiful trails within this gated community. This townhome has a Verandah club membership which entitles you to use of the pool, kayaks tennis courts, and dining in the River House and open-air Blossoms restaurants.
