The place was perfect. First of all, everything was clean and well layed out for privacy or hanging out all together. The pool is much larger than I expected. It was private because of all the foliage around the lanai. Beaches were easy to get to as well as restaurants, movies, and all kinds of shopping. The neighborhood is quiet.

Spring Break 24!

Our stay at the home was great! The host was great at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. When we did have an issue with the pool ap, he was in the area and came by to insure we had the proper access. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Close to FGCU and has a great backyard!

We rented this house to stay in for our son’s graduation from FGCU. We spent most of our time outside in the lovely screened in lanai/pool. There was even a tv outside! It was a very quiet neighborhood for San Carlos park. Our host Alex was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Vacation

This home was perfect for our family in town for a wedding. Private screened lanai and pool/hottub were great for us! House was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Alex was easy to contact and quick to respond when we had questions. Our only concern was a few sketchy houses down the street, but immediate neighbors very nice and friendly. Highly recommend!

The house met our needs and was exactly as described. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We picked an unfortunate week for a visit due to the hurricane. My husband put up/down the storm shutters and our host reimbursed us for a night. The house was strong and suffered no damage. The only downside was the lack of power, which of course our host had no control over. We would stay here again!

Quiet location

Alex was easy to get ahold off if needed. Very polite. Place was just right for us. Nights were a little cold but the days were perfect weather for November. Great place to stay. Everything was easy to find, he has tons of stuff available to use for your stay which made it very much like home away from home.

Business Conference

We decided on this property instead of staying in cramped hotel rooms for a nearby weeklong conference. The property is 10 minutes from the airport in a nice residential neighborhood and less than 10 minutes to the hotel where the conference was. Restaurants and grocery store equally close. Alex was an excellent host and we will book with him again if we return to the area.

Hit the spot

The house was perfect for what we needed! A few weeks away plus also working remotely. We had a couple of friends stay one weekend and had plenty of room for them. Pool and spa were great! Owner was proactive in helping out and making sure we had everything. We marked the neighborhood lower as there are no sidewalks or many streetlights, so walking our dogs when it was dark was not easy.
