This lady at the desk was rude when I called with a problem with my room. Her answer was “What would you like me to do about it”? That is not a reply to a customer. Not professional at all!! I had a problem with the AC in my room. I had left my room and told the manager I would be gone for the majority of the day so when I return I need to change rooms. He then agreed. When I stopped by my room to pick something up that I had forgotten, a maintenance man was in my room without my permission. I then said to him. WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN MY ROOM???? He spoke no English!!! Then proceeded to leave my room. He was acting like he was checking my AC. This was so UNACCEPTABLE!!! I have stayed in this hotel before because it is close to my family. I will be looking for a new establishment for my next trip.

My visit was 1 night, 1 bd suite with sofa bed. Everyone was nice and easy to check-in. The room was smaller than expected after viewing online, but nice and clean. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The sofa bed was in desperate need of replacing. The a/c cooled for a few mins, off long enough to break a sweat, even though it was set for 71. Breakfast buffet was good. Will I stay again??
