Cancellation Policy  NO SHOWS: The resort will charge one (1) night’s net room rate for any no-shows.
EARLY DEPARTURES: Guests who depart the Resort earlier than scheduled will be charged a fee of one (1) night rate for the room category reserved. This fee will be assessed to the Company. Guests who depart two (2) or more nights earlier than
scheduled will only be charged the early departure fee on the first night.

Little black bugs on bedside table. I killed 5 of them. Also, there was always hair in the tub. When I arrived (Someone else’s). And my own after cleaning. One day the room wasn’t cleaned or fresh towels. I had run out of towels and called housekeeping at 4pm. She came and was very nice and cleaned my bathroom and got me towels.

We had a fantastic stay here!! Rooms were nice. It was off season which meant a lot of quiet days. The pool was always clean and the staff was excellent. Hannah took care of us poolside as well as at dauntes .

Excellent!!!! Everything is new after Ian. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved having the chairs, umbrellas and towels at the beach and pool. Nice quality SUP, paddle & lifejacket, too. It was worth it to pay the extra for the Gulf View room and 2nd floor. Sanibel is coming back!
