8/10 Good

Pros: decent sized room, hot tub, fireplace, plenty of hot water with good pressure. Truck parking in back (we had a UHaul). Laundry on site for those who are on a long road trip. Room was clean. Good option for a small town on the Alcan.
Cons: no cable, with only basic TV channels, although there is a DVD player. Funky lighting, but we were able to switch out bulbs. No shower curtain in bathroom, but desk clerk brought one up and I was able to get it hung up. One washer in laundry, and there is a lot of truckers who stay here, so time your laundry visit right. No change machine, or ATM, so have Canadian coin on you. There isn’t vending for the laundry supplies, so go to the front desk and purchase one Tide Pod for a $1 and one dryer sheet for $0.50. Outdated property, but it’s been better maintained than a similar property in Dawson Creek.
