Ocean Village is a true "treasure" with an ocean front location. The complex features a 9 hole par 3 golf course, tennis courts, bocci and pickleball courts, heated pools with hot tub and sauna. A Tiki bar and restaurant are located at the main pool. This one bedroom, on the 8th hole, has a great first floor location. It includes a full kitchen with all appliances, a dining area and living room with sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a queen size bed with multiple closets. Communication media include a secure internet, 2 televisions, radio and cd player, and VCR and DVD player. Linens and towels are supplied as well as a washer/dryer for your convenience. Beach chairs, beach blanket and umbrella are also included for use on our 3,000 foot private beach. Enjoy all the comforts of home on the Atlantic shore.

Ocean village review
The property was clean but the bed was very small for 2 adults. Not enough beach towels. Otherwise it was good.

Hutchinson Island vacation
After difficult check-in, the condo was very clean and met our expectations. The resort is right on the beach but there is no restaurant on site which is disappointing. After leaving 11 days still waiting for security deposit to be returned.
