This ground floor condo has a spectacular golf and pond view and is centrally located in the heart of Ocean Village and only steps from the beach. The kitchen has granite countertops, rolling island, upgraded wooden cabinetry, & stainless-steel appliances. Wainscoting adorns the entrance way and hallway and crown molding throughout adds an extra elegant touch. Bathroom area has two granite top vanities with walk-in shower. Pull out sofa bed in living room is also a plus. Wi-Fi, basic cable, washer/dryer, beach chairs and towels are all included. The community has a 24-hr. manned security gate.
