Comfort in Fort Smith! Welcome to our home, featuring a spacious two-bedroom and one-bath layout, ideal for fishing enthusiasts! This fully equipped home comfortably accommodates up to four people, providing comfort and convenience after a day of fishing on the Bighorn River or Lake. Among its many highlights are the incredible queen and twin XL beds, central heating and cooling, high-speed internet access, streaming TV service, an outdoor deck with a BBQ, and boat parking!

This is a very large modular home and is a duplex. Guests enjoy two bedrooms, a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, and an outside deck and BBQ! A tenant occupies the second half of the duplex and has a separate and private entrance. The property has plenty of parking, to include parking for small boat trailers.
