The staff was rude, and had no intention to provide service to their guest. The Walter very thin, and the person who was standing next to me snored so loud, I could not get to sleep until three or 4 AM. I called down at 1:30 to see if they would bring a box fan to help with it. I have a broken toe and dislocated ribs, and it’s very painful for me to get up get street clothes on and go downstairs. It is a parent he was not gonna make any effort to bring me up a fan. They were worthless.

The hotel & room were fine. But it was rented to us as a ‘suite,’ & it was nothing more than a regular room with a sofa bed thrown in. I would be embarrassed to offer it as a ‘suite.’ We’ll stick to Hampton Inn in the furture.
