This 2 bedroom property sleeps 6 adults. Located less then a block from the sparkling waters and white sands of the Emerald Coast beaches! Have a boat? Boat parking is available on site with a public boat launch mins away! Sidewalks and walking paths from the property to the beach! As you step inside you will enjoy no carpet in the entire property and relaxing coastal colors. Downstairs boasts a dining room, living room, half bath, kitchen and back patio. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances to include glass top stove, dishwasher, built in microwave, and fridge. The living room features a queen pull out sleeper sofa. Upstairs boasts two bedrooms, loft area, full bathroom, and full size washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. All bedrooms, dining room and living room have ceiling fans in addition to central AC.

Little Gem!

This place was terrific! It is immaculate and we loved the full size washer and dryer. To save money we cooked some of our meals and all of the full size appliances were like being home! We had a blast going to the beach.

Just as the listing stated, it was a short walk to the beach or bay. Everything was as described. The property manager asked for suggestions and was very receptive to my comments. I would stay here again.
