New twin bunks add to the appeal and 2 full bathrooms insure al of Pinkie's guests have room to primp. The Master King Suite is well-appointed and the inviting retreat you deserve. Comfy Queen size sleeper sofa adds extra sleep space and no complaints here.
Two flat screened TVS and DVD players are ready for use along with a WII game system and games for your enjoyment. Fully-equipped granite & stainless kitchen includes all dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware to complete and serve meals. Dining table seats 6 with additional outside balcony dining for 4. Unit includes washer and dryer. The open living area features plenty of natural light.

Great experience and the condo was perfect for our family of 5. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and we had all kitchen items needed to cook all meals from the convenience of the condo. We also loved the 1/2 mile walk to the pier/boardwalk to play volleyball, shop, and eat. We will definitely be returning!

I've been traveling to Waterscape for 17 years. Over the years, I have had dirty condos. I wasn't sure what to expect with the last minute trip, but was impressed renting out the last room at the property, and not feeling like I got "leftovers". This is definitely a condo I would rent again. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved keypad entry! Check in was simple. We arrived early, and the room was ready to go. Communication was excellent with Pinky. The condo and speedy trip was so good, we wanted to stay an extra day, which has been nothing unusual for me at my Waterscape stays. Sadly enough, someone rented the condo out before our check out morning, so we were unable to do so. Thank you for the wonderful stay at B428!!!!

My family and I had a great vacation. The property was clean and exactly as expected from the description. It had all the necessary kitchen supplies and even had beach toys that my kids were able to enjoy! The property was a quick walk down to the pool and the beach! Condo was very clean. Resort very kid friendly. Kids loved the lazy River and best of all the heated pool. Condo included beach chairs and umbrella which made it easier to enjoy beach time. Environment felt very safe.

There were so many hidden fees for housekeeping and vrbo. The place was outdated. The pools and hot tubs were gross. The beach chair guys are the rudest things ever. That has stayed consistent for years. We come for a dance competition and bring lots of business. We are treated awful consistently by the very powerful chair crew.

Great Place

It was our first, week long vacation since 1982 without kids. Condo was very comfortable. Bed was nice and comfortable. It was great to be able to park in the garage and not have far to walk to the condo. We really enjoyed all the pools, lazy river, and hot tubs. I had knee surgery just weeks before so it was nice to have access to elevators when needed. We would definitely stay again.
