This roomy end unit carries the ocean's blue right into your living space! Relax and enjoy a vacation in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit designed to sleep six. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a great meal. The living area has tile throughout for easy floor upkeep and both bathrooms have been renovated. Enjoy a meal or cocktail on your large patio while listening to the waves crash to the beach. Come make memories in paradise!

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Even Better Than Expected

We absolutely loved this condo! The layout was perfect for 2 couples (4 adults) and 2 kids. It was very convenient to the beach and large onsite pool. The living room was much larger than the pictures show and the kitchen was big as well. We will definitely be coming back.

Convenient and clean

With 2 boys and baby on the way this condo was very convenient and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen utensils were well stocked and beds were comfortable. This unit was also clean. It would be nice it have a better broom to sweep all the sand that follows kiddos from the beach and soap dispensers in the bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect for family with young kids

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was equipped with everything we needed (minus washer/drawer in the unit). Clean. Safe. Beautifully remodeled. Ample towels- a must for big family. Fully stocked kitchen. Ground floor was very convenient. Great yard for the kids to play. Few steps from the beach and pool. Beach umbrella and chair rental service was very nice! El Matador was the ideal spot for us. Friendly staff. Tons of parking. Tucked at the end of the island, so it was sort of secluded and beach was not crowded. Cant wait to return! (Note: No fast food nearby. Just a few restaurants. But best to grab groceries and just stay at the condo.)
