El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.
Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Perfect Location
We loved Okaloosa Island and this condo is close enough for a short walk to the beach but also had a beautiful view of the sound from the balcony. That was one of our favorite parts of the entire vacation. We wish the en suite bathroom and shower was bigger or maybe laid out a bit better. Otherwise, it was an ideal spot for our trip and we loved staying there. Seriously, we would stay again just for the balcony, it was heaven!

Comfortable stay, bad master shower
The unit was clean and had plenty of space for guests. One complaint is the master shower. It has a large step up to get in and out of it plus it is so small you can just barely turn around. Management should provide liquid soap for the kitchen and bathrooms. It wouldn’t cost them much. I had to go shopping for basic essentials. Other than that our stay was comfortable.

Not pleased at all!
Was told we were right on the beach front to open door and walk out. We were in building 5 which was right on the roadway, had to walk around all the other building to get to the beach!
When I called to see what could be done VRBO said nothing could be done wince we booked it through them. Would NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! the owner of the condo would not call us back or even email us to help us get anything done. Not pleased at all.
